The CCR is a thorough analysis required by State Health to ensure that customers have the opportunity to understand the quality of the water they are receiving. If you would like a copy emailed to you, please email the District Manager at dw2@dgowest2.com.  For questions about the water quality analysis, please call our water operator Dave Marsa at 759-1609.

Community Garage Sale
The DW2 Community Garage Sale is on Saturday, June 8th from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

New Street Signs - June 3-7

New Street and traffic signs are going up. The project is scheduled to place the week of June 3rd.  The district contracted with Branson Traffic. Their crew will start with installing sign bases using a bobcat and auger to place bases in concrete. Any sign that is going back in the original place will be taken down and left down until the concrete cures which is  typically the next day or two. Then they will install the posts and signs. All stop signs will remain standing until the new sign bases are cured and new sign is installed.

Playground Maintenance

The district will be conducting maintenance projects this June at the playground and courts, including  checking and tightening up playground equipment, refreshing the playsoft mulch, replacing fencing, cleaning graffiti, and filling cracks.

Open Burning Prohibited

The district reminds residents that open burning is prohibited. See the complete policy.

Nuisance Barking - Be Considerate

Warm weather means more windows are open, day and night.  Please be considerate of your neighbors.  Barking dogs, in particular, are not only annoying to your neighbors but can be a violation of the La Plata County Code. To report a violation of the code, please contact the La Plata County Humane Society at (970) 259-2847.  More information

Find Your Water Shutoff

If you don't know where your main water shut off is located outside, now is the time to locate and mark it. Some residents have landscaped over theirs. It is important that you know where your shut off is for repairs, emergency, etc. and have it accessible to you and the district. If you don't know where it is, you can contact our water operator to assist you for a fee or contact Novo Utility Services, Tommy Novotny at 303-999-9892 who can help you. www.novoutilityservices.com   You should also know where your sewer clean out is also.

Ebill vs Autopay

Ebill is an option to receive your bill via email and have your past bills all available online anytime. You cannot pay your bill via e-bill or online. To set up autopay with the district, please fill out this form and email it to dw2@dgowest2.com or put in the DW2 drop box under the window at the mail building.

Want to Be A Board Member?

We expect to have an opening for a board member this summer. If you are interested in becoming a board member, we invite you to attend a board meeting to learn more.  Board meetings are held in the Mail Building at 5 p.m. the third Wednesday of the month. You can also email dw2@dgowest2.com to get more information.

Fire Hydrants - Three Foot Clearance

If you have a fire hydrant on your property, please keep it accessible year-round.  Summer is a great time to remove shrubs, branches, etc that block visual and physical access.  There should be a three-foot clear circle around the hydrant.
