Durango West 2 maintains 4.5 miles of roads, including eight cul-de-sacs. Our roads are public and are maintained by the District using revenues from monthly District User fees as well as State Highway User taxes and Specific Ownership taxes. The District provides snow removal to provide safe driving in the winter and conducts road maintenance in the summer to ensure integrity of our streets as well as postpone more costly maintenance projects.
