Wedgewood  Drive will be sealcoated on Friday August 15th.  After consulting with the contractor, it is best to do the sealcoat in one day. This is best for the success of the sealcoating as well as should be easier on the residents as it is one day inconvenience instead of two.  If you need to leave your home between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Wedgewood Drive residents need to be out by 8 a.m.  and can return to their driveways at 6 p.m. If you return before 6 p.m., you will need to park on Aspen Drive or in a safe location on Fir Drive.

Reminder: Ryan Court will be sealcoated on Thursday, August 14th. Residents who need to leave during that day or evening should leave by 8:30 a.m. and park on Oak Place when they return and overnight. If there is no more room, residents can also park on Oak Drive. Oak Place residents please do not park in the road so there is room for Ryan Court residents' vehicles that day and night.

All residents should use extra caution when driving these days and slow down even more around these areas.
