Water Overages: Many residents went over the 6000 gallon base in May; and therefore, will see water overage charges on their bill. Please make sure you review your current bill and pay the appropriate amount due.

Ponderosa Removal: The district is removing a large Ponderosa by the playground on Monday, June 23rd.  After monitoring the tree for the last seven years, the time is right to remove it. The tree is dying and poses safety and disease issues. Our contractor will leave wood rounds for a few days for interested residents to take. He will return Wednesday to remove any wood that remains.
