Water Off 8-5 for Repairs Tomorrow Oct 1st in some Areas

District water service will be disrupted in certain areas of the subdivision tomorrow, Thursday, October 1st in order to repair a leak in the water main.  Some residents wanted a specific timeline. This typically is an all day project as we can't know how long it will take to excavate or the extent of the repair work so plan on 8-5 to be safe.  During the excavation work, there will be some restrictive flow before the water is completely shut off for the repairs. If all goes smoothly, water will be back on by 5 p.m. There could be some discoloration of water initially when water is turned back on. Residents may want to run water to flush out the discoloration from their lines.

The interruption in water service will primarily impact residents in the mid to lower part of the subdivision such as Michael Way, Pine Ridge Loop, Fir Drive, Oak View Circle, parts of Oak Drive (below 476 Oak Drive) . 

Residents in other parts of the subdivision - Aspen Drive, Cedar Drive, Spruce Drive, Wedgewood, Oak Drive from 43 to  476 Oak Drive (and associated cul-de-sacs) - will likely not notice much of a change in water pressure.
