Attention Residents: Water Main Break – Emergency Restrictions in Effect

A major line break has been identified at the top of Spruce Drive. Our water operator and his team are working to repair it as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, the district has lost significant water storage in this event and is now pumping from Lake Durango to maintain minimal supply.

To preserve water for essential use and ensure adequate fire protection, emergency water restrictions are immediately in effect:

• Turn off all sprinkler systems.
• Discontinue any outdoor watering.
• Limit indoor water use to essential needs only.

These measures are critical to conserve what little water remains and reduce costly purchases from Lake Durango.
